PRDC was formed by two registered builders to service the growing need in South East Queensland (SEQ) for infrastructure construction services.

State government initiatives in line with the SEQ Infrastructure Plan have resulted in a shortage of suitable resources. PRDC has the capacity to help satisfy this demand.

PRDC is well placed to provide earthworks, drainage, concreting, electrical construction and project management services in the provision of the following infrastructure:

• Roads
• Rail
• Bridges
• Buildings
• Pipelines

Target Market

PRDC is available to operate as a direct contractor to local and state government agencies or as a sub-contractor to the large contractors currently undertaking major infrastructure work projects.

Examples of recent infrastructure contracts include:

• TRACKSTAR ALLIANCE SEQIP Rail Civil works Contract to upgrade the Roma Street Feeder Station
• Fihelly’s Arms Central Railway Station Refurbishment for QR (which required removal and replacement of a wall immediately adjacent to the busy central station track)
• Karrabin Substation Civil works for Energex (as a result of this work ENERGEX has requested that we make submission for panel prequalification – Substation Site Reconstruction)

Strategy

PRDC has formed a strategic alliance with one of it’s major shareholders Dobson Projects to facilitate the provision of this infrastructure construction service. PRDC in association with Dobson Projects is capable of offering a quality construction service to it’s clients on time and on budget.
